6 Day Safari Kenya Pricing
Low season: $1,070 per person | High season: $1,270 per person
Just like our 3-day Mara tour, the price shifts with the seasons — but not evenly across all three parks. Amboseli and Lake Nakuru are both KWS-managed national parks with flat, year-round entry fees, so their cost doesn’t change by season. The Maasai Mara National Reserve is the one park on this route with seasonal government pricing — $100/day in low season (January–June) versus $200/day in high season (July–December) — and that difference is almost entirely what accounts for the $200 gap between our low and high season rates.
What’s Included
This 6 day safari Kenya tour is all-inclusive: all park fees, all meals, driver-guide fee, accommodation at partner camps in each park, and transportation throughout in a 7-seater 4×4 safari jeep with a pop-up roof for full game-viewing visibility.
Not included (optional add-ons):
- Boat ride at Lake Nakuru — $40 per person
- Maasai village visit — $20 per person
Both are worthwhile if you have the time and interest, but we leave them optional rather than baking them into the base price, so you only pay for what you actually want to do.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
- Day 1: Depart Nairobi 7:30 AM sharp, drive to Maasai Mara, check in at Mara Ntulele Camp, afternoon evening game drive
- Day 2: Full-day game drive across the Maasai Mara with picnic lunch in the bush
- Day 3: No game drive in the Mara today — depart after breakfast and transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park. Depending on the day’s schedule and road conditions, the Nakuru game drive happens either this same afternoon or first thing the following morning
- Day 4: Nakuru game drive (if not completed on Day 3), optional boat ride on Lake Nakuru, then transfer toward Amboseli
- Day 5: Full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park, with Mount Kilimanjaro as the backdrop
- Day 6: Morning game drive in Amboseli, then drive back to Nairobi

Getting There: Pickup, Timing, Where to Stay

- Departure time: 7:30 AM — please arrive on time, as the vehicle departs promptly for all group members
- Staying nearby? We recommend hotels in Nairobi CBD or Westlands, both a short ride from the pickup point, with good options from around $50/night. Our team can recommend and help you book one if you’re arriving from out of town.
- Hotel pickup/drop-off: if you’d rather be collected directly from your hotel instead of meeting at City Market, we can arrange that for a small additional transfer fee, both ways.
