I absolutely do not recommend booking with this agency. We paid €50 more per person than others who booked through Viator for exactly the same experience. On top of that, despite the high price, you end up crammed into a car with many other people. The schedule was also not respected—we spent less time in the park than written, meaning we didn’t get the experience we were promised. To make matters worse, on the last night at the hotel, there was no water available, so we couldn’t even shower.

Just returned from an incredible four-day safari through Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru. We stayed at Sopa Lodge and Lake Nakuru Lodge, both offering amazing hospitality and stunning views. One of the absolute highlights was the balloon safari over the Mara at sunrise, which my husband surprised me with. Floating quietly above the savannah as the wildlife roamed below was something I’ll never forget. The people in Kenya are some of the friendliest I’ve ever met. Their warmth and hospitality made the whole experience even more special. I genuinely believe Kenya is one of the best countries to travel to for an unforgettable adventure.
