This 3 day Amboseli safari takes you from Nairobi to the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, home to some of Africa's largest elephant herds.

Day 1 begins with pick-up from Nairobi and a scenic drive via Emali to Amboseli, where you'll check in, have lunch, and head out for your first afternoon game drive.

Day 2 is a full day of game viewing, from an early morning drive spotting elephants, big cats, hippos, and hyenas, to an afternoon drive capped with stunning sunset views over Kilimanjaro. On Day 3, enjoy breakfast before the drive back to Nairobi.

Day 1 :

Nairobi to Amboseli – Arrival & Afternoon Game Drive

Your Amboseli safari begins with pick-up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi hotel by your professional safari guide. Depart Nairobi at 7:30 AM, driving towards Amboseli National Park with a stop en route at Emali. Arrive at your lodge by 12:00 PM, check in, and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, set off on your first Amboseli game drive from 3:00 PM until 6:30 PM, keeping an eye out for elephants and the resident wildlife of the plains. Return to Sopa Lodge Amboseli for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 :

Full Day Amboseli Game Drive – Elephants, Big Cats & Kilimanjaro Views

Wake up at 6:00 AM for breakfast before setting out at 7:00 AM for a morning game drive until 11:00 AM. Marvel at Amboseli's famous big-tusker elephants, enjoy views of Lake Amboseli with its seasonal flamingos, and take in spectacular vistas of Mount Kilimanjaro. Keep watch for the park's big cats, along with hippos and hyenas. Return to the lodge for a hot lunch as temperatures rise through the day. In the afternoon, embark on a second game drive from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, enjoying magnificent Amboseli sunsets with Kilimanjaro glowing in the background. Day 3 :

Amboseli to Nairobi
